Following the update from Qingshan Steel Mill, the 304 cold-rolled narrow strip prices have dropped by 50 RMB/tonne to 13,250 RMB/tonne in the South China region, while the East China region reported a price of 13,200 RMB/tonne. Later in the day, the South China agents made a second adjustment, aligning the prices in both regions.

Grade 304 stainless steel, known for its corrosion resistance and formability, has seen a decrease in demand, with traders reporting prices at 12,850-12,880 RMB/tonne, inclusive of tax. The market has also observed a drop in the prices of 201 stainless steel, with some low-priced resources being sought after by buyers.
