This invention is applicable to the production and manufacturing of austenitic stainless steel clad plates. The control method for the crystal corrosion performance and mechanical strength of austenitic stainless steel clad plates is tailored to different raw material properties by establishing various heat treatment processes to meet the production needs of the clad plates. By controlling the chemical composition and properties of the raw materials, the quality of the clad plate products is improved and enhanced.
The invention addresses the issues of low elongation and reduced intergranular corrosion performance during the high-temperature tempering process of austenitic stainless steel clad plates.
